Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit nicocanton.com, book a meeting or get in touch with me, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights. It is governed by Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and, for visitors in the European Union or the United Kingdom, also by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data I collect
- Data you give me when booking a meeting: name, email and your answers to the booking form (for example, website and monthly ad spend).
- Contact details and messages you send me on WhatsApp or by email.
- Browsing data, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, traffic source, device type, approximate location and interactions such as clicks on contact buttons.
- Technical data logged by the hosting provider so the site works and stays secure, such as IP address and browser type.
How I use it and on what basis
- To answer your questions, schedule meetings and prepare proposals, at your request.
- To deliver the contracted service and communicate with you during the business relationship.
- To measure site usage and the performance of my ad campaigns, with your consent.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, based on legitimate interest.
I don’t sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes, and I don’t make automated decisions that affect you.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses Google Tag Manager with Google’s consent mode. Until you choose in the banner, all measurement and advertising cookies are off.

If you decline, no Google cookies are stored in your browser. Google may receive cookieless signals that don’t identify you, to estimate results in aggregate. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
Who it is shared with
I use providers that process data on my behalf, only for the purposes described:
- Vercel Inc. (site hosting).
- Google LLC (Tag Manager, Analytics, Google Ads, Gmail and Google Calendar).
- Cal.com, Inc. (meeting scheduling).
- WhatsApp, by Meta Platforms, Inc. (messaging).
Some of these providers process data outside Argentina, mainly in the United States. In those cases, processing relies on the contractual safeguards they offer for international transfers.
Retention
Contact and meeting data are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts or as needed to answer your request, and then for the period required by law. Measurement data follows the periods listed in the cookie table.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to ncanton19@gmail.com. I reply within the legal deadlines: 10 calendar days for access requests and 5 business days for correction, update or deletion.
Under Argentine law, you may exercise your right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown (Law No. 25,326, section 14, subsection 3). The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose data protection rights have been affected.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Security
I apply reasonable measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to tools and providers with recognised security standards.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. I don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, I announce it on the site.
